Nice place; clean and large room; parking at least 35 euros per day, but gave the keys and all without problems.
All workers are slow, all requests are provided, but be prepare to wait. There's not more than one person at reception all the time. I called them but no one answered me. I came down to them, girl came to the counter from the back room and when I asked if the connection worked. She answered - yes, it's okay, I saw your calls, I was busy.... Restaurant except breakfast, only in the evenings. There's a pizza in the snack bar. then you call the bartender again and wait, wait.

The unit was absolutely perfect.
The hotel provided an awesome breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee or omellette, for instance. All the staff was very good and courteous, solved my issues.

The location of the hotel will suit both those who want to walk around the city and buy something interesting, and those who like to walk in the park, and those who have children, because in the same park there is a swing - carousels (something like Luna Park) . A good delicious breakfast is quite varied, but every day it's the same. . . Rapid settlement.
Poor quality cleaning, the whole sofa in the hair of guests, the floor was cleaned very superficially. The presence of toilet paper in the room in general had to be reminded through the reception of the hotel. The most unpleasant moment was that an envelope with a large enough amount of money, accidentally forgotten on the table in the room, it was missing. We talked about it with an employee (Russian-speaking) at reception. As one should have expected - everything ended in nothing (no evidence + corporate bail).

The location was excellent. The bedroom was beautifully decorated, and it was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had a kettle and mineral water as a gift. I had a pizza that I ordered from room service and it was delicious.
elevator was extremely narrow, so my baby's car couldn't fit (It's a Britax brand). I didn't like the reaction of the receptionist, who instead of finding a solution for me, pointed out that it was my fault for having such a big car. Finally, after insisting, he let me use the service elevator. was a solution, it was not a comfortable experience, as he was often busy with cleaning tools, brooms, buckets, laundry. Another thing I didn't like, is that I went back to my room 3 times at 2pm (and had left early at 8:30am), cleaning was not done. Because of this, they closed the access ramps to the bedrooms during the whole morning, because of this, I had to access through the access steps (lifting the heavy car). I chose this hotel because it claimed to have resolved the issue of reduced mobility, however, despite being the intention, in practice I was not comfortable. I would not recommend it.

The place is wonderful, the park, the silence, the noise insulation is fantastic (which is a rarity for hotels in Milan).
I booked via Booking, the hotel withdrew money from the currency card in rubles, after the conversion of the bank it turned out that I overpaid 80 euros in euros. But only the hotel withdrew money from me with the included City-Tax of 50 euros, and at the checkout demanded to pay it again! No printouts Booking helped me.The administrator did not want to listen to anything! As a result, my over payment was 150 euros! So you can not! this is the only hotel of many hotels in Milan (where I lived for 20 years)! I would love to live in this hotel, but this monetary policy I consider completely unacceptable.

The location of the hotel is wonderful! Very convenient if you need to spend time in the city center (shopping, exhibitions). Right in front of the hotel there is a beautiful park! The room itself was small, but cozy, there was absolutely everything you need for accommodation (slippers, hair dryer, safe, etc.) . Breakfast is good, delicious coffee (you have to ask the waiters, they make it themselves). On the last day before departure we had no problems printing out all the boarding tickets for the upcoming flights and organizing a transfer to the airport (everything was just in time). We would come back here again for such trips.
For some reason, there were drinks from the bar that we didn't drink. Luckily, the receptionists clarified this issue in advance, and this error was corrected before payment. Anyway, there's no complaints about the hotel! That's fine.

great location but lacking modern touches
The location is fantastic, with easy access to major attractions. The staff were very accommodating, providing us with a courtesy room upgrade to ensure a comfortable stay with our two dogs.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was great, although if you are arriving for train with luggages from the airport, you may need to walk about 15 minutes from the train station. Nevertheless, it's not a big issue because if you are traveling with your family, you can catch a 7euro cab right to and from the central station. You can also stroll to the Doumo (central) area and also the shopping belt from the hotel. Doumo is a good 20 to 25 min slow walk (which is great coz you can see the architecture along the way) and it is about 5 to 8 min walk to the shopping belt where you can find many renown brands there.
Will be great if the hotel provides bedroom slippers as the bedroom floor may sometimes be a little dusty. No big deal actually, just a "wish list".
